What if I already have an IT person?
That’s ok! Because we take a top-down approach, we can work with you to make sure that we design the best solution for your business. And if you love your IT department, we can work with them to provide the oversight and remote support you need while allowing them to provide the hands-on support you’ve come to love.
What does a consultation cost?
It’s completely free! We will come to your office and speak with you about exactly what you are trying to achieve in your business and what pain points are really jumping out to you. Then we’ll take inventory of your products and services to see which are serving you well and which need tweaking or replacing to give you the technological support that you need. After we’ve designed the ideal solution, we’ll present it to you for your review and if you like it, we’ll get started making your company’s technology one less thing for you to worry about!
How long does a consultation take?
The on-site portion of the consultation will usually take 1-2 hours so that we can be sure we have an accurate assessment of your business and technology. Then we’ll take a few days to research and design the best solution for you before bringing it back for your review.
What if I’m already using my own server?
No problem! We know that many companies have a lot of money tied up in legacy equipment. We can support your on premises server and help move you to the cloud when you are ready.
Do you work with Apple products?
Of course! We are a full service company and we will support all major platforms, no matter what you choose to run.
Do you do any software development?
Yes! For the smaller jobs, we will usually complete them in house. Whereas for the larger jobs, we like to bring in one of our developing partners to make sure that you get exactly the level of support you need for your project. But don’t worry, you aren’t on your own with them. We will still be your major point of contact translating between you and the programmers to make sure that they are building precisely what you need.
Can you help with our website?
Absolutely! No matter what size website you need, we can help. Smaller jobs will be completed and maintained in-house. For the larger jobs, we will often suggest bringing in one of our web development partners who have even deeper expertise in the field. Then, we will take on the role of project managers making sure that you get the website of your dreams while taking as much work load off of your shoulders as possible.
We’re moving our office. Can you help with that?
Yes we can! Whether large or small, we can help disassemble and pack your equipment as well as reinstall it all on the other side with top-notch cable management and detailed network maps so everything will be better when we’re finished than when we arrived.
Can you help with a phone solution?
Yes we can. We have several partners in the VoIP space that can provide excellent service no matter what size business you operate. We can get quotes and demos from the top vendors in the space to make sure that you are getting the best solution around.
Can you help with a copier vendor?
Without a doubt. We have relationships with several copier vendors to make sure you get the best deal available on exactly the machine for your needs.
What if I don’t want to deal with technology at all?
Well, we could offer you paper and a pen, but in today’s world, you’ll likely have to interact with technology at some point. Our goal is to make that as painless and helpful as possible.
